Deletion of Video Files
Very important information about how we store your files
Everything we film at TJ21 is in AT LEAST 4K format. And because we shoot all our footage cinematically, many times with 3-4 cameras per shoot, this can add up in size and thus take up a TON of server space.
Because of this, we have created a policy that we will hold onto your recorded footage for up to one year following the shoot date of your event. After that time, all working files will be deleted. Finished videos (with graphics, music, etc) can still be found on our Vimeo channel, but working files will no longer be available.
