TJ21 Media Group was named best Ad Agency by South Bend Tribune four years straight (2019-2022) and wins Community Choice Award for Best Ad Agency in 2023.
TJ21 Media Group, who moved to the KeyBank building in downtown South Bend in late 2022, was named the top overall winner of the South Bend Tribune’s 2022 Best of the Best Award (formerly Reader’s Choice Award) in the Advertising Agency category. It was the fourth straight win for the international media marketing firm at that time.
“Huge shoutout to our team,” said founder and CEO TJ Jorgensen. “Every day when we come to work, its an adventure. We wake up each day asking ourselves ‘what can I do better for our clients today?’ They bring this mentality every day and it shows in our work. TJ21 was founded in 2012 in Mishawaka. Jorgensen has been in the marketing and advertising industry for over 30 years and continues to credit his staff and clients for helping propel them to the number one overall spot for the fourth straight year.
“Our team is incredible,” Jorgensen added. “Some people wake up and go to a job. They don’t want to do it, but they have to. Our team looks forward to that alarm clock going off, to arriving at work, cranking up the music and collaborating with a team of creatives who have one common goal: to give the best result to our client.”
“Over the past year, I have made our culture the most important thing,” Jorgensen continued, stating that Covid and the changes in personnel have forced him to re-evaluate how certain things are done in the office. “A former staff member reminded me of something I knew all too well but sometimes it can be forgotten when you get too busy: our staff is the most important asset we will ever have. And this last year we have made incredible changes to make sure they are appreciated, respected and involved in much more of the day to day operations of the company.”
In the fall of 2023, TJ21 was awarded the Best Ad Agency by the Community Choice organization, giving them the five straight years of taking home hardware for simply doing their job.
