Everything we film at TJ21 is in AT LEAST 4K format. And because we shoot all our footage cinematically, many times with 3-4 cameras per shoot, this can add up in size and thus take up a TON of server space.
Because of this, we have created a policy that we will hold onto your recorded footage for up to six months following the shoot date of your event. After that time, all working files will be deleted. During this time, we cannot guarantee that files cannot become corrupt or damaged.
Finished videos (with graphics, music, etc) can still be found on our Vimeo channel, but working files will no longer be available after six months.
If you would like for us to retain your footage after the six month time period, we will be glad to do that on our back up server for $99/year.
